Customers from the U.S.

Do you ship to the U.S.?

Yes, our piccobello online shop ships to the U.S.. Up to 150.00 EUR the delivery costs are 18.90 EUR. We will deliver free of charge when the order value exceeds 150.00 EUR.

Can I pay in USD?

Yes, you can pay in USD – and this is very easy. Just use the header bar in the upper right part of the shop to change the currency to “USD”. Then your invoice will be issued in USD.

How can I pay?

For orders from the U.S. in USD or EUR you can choose between payment with your PayPal account or by payment in advance. PayPal enables payments with your PayPal account, credit, debit or bank card.

Payment in advance means that after receiving your invoice you do a bank transfer in USD or EUR to our bank account. You find our bank details on your invoice. We will ship your order as soon as we have received the money.

Can I order Tax Free from the U.S.?

Yes, as a customer from the U.S. you can shop Tax Free in our online shop.
The prices of our online shop include German Tax. As soon as you enter your invoice or delivery address in the second step of your order process you see the net price of your order.

In return you may have to pay customs duties for your order. Please contact your local customs for details concerning customs duties on imports.

To which countries do you ship?

Our shipping countries are: Andorra, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, French Polynesia, Germany, Greece, Guadeloupe, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Martinique, Mauritius, Monaco, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United States.

Up to 150.00 EUR the delivery costs are 11.90 EUR for all shippings to EU-countries and 18.90 EUR for shippings outside EU.
We will deliver free of charge when the order value exceeds 150.00 EUR.

What currency do you accept?

Our piccobello online shop accepts the following currencies: EUR, CHF, USD.
